It has been said that fathers are the world’s most unsung heroes. Their value is rarely acknowledged, and their sacrifices often go unseen and unappreciated. Once a year on Father’s Day, we have the ideal opportunity to show our dads how much they mean to us.
You are a parent who loves the LORD and seeks to obey Him in all things, and you raise your children to do the same (Deut 6:6-7). What happens though, when your child tells you that they do not like the gender that GOD gave them?
All around me are troubled hearts. It just seems that around every corner, in every news story, on social media, and in my small little burg hearts are broken, abused, and trampled. Are all of our prayer petitions for naught? Where is God?

As divorced fathers, particularly non-custodial ones, we quickly find ourselves without many of the rights and privileges related to our children that we had before. Some of these are taken from us by the nature of divorce, some by our ex, and some by the courts.
It's easy to confuse hard work with busyness, brainstorming with cunning, and taking initiative with pushing others out of the way - all actions not remotely associated with Christ's work on earth - or in heaven!
