Barely arrived on Monday and it’s already Friday

I’ve read this several times and would like to share it with you.

Hardly the day started and … it is already six o’clock in the evening.

Barely arrived on Monday and it’s already Friday.

… and the month is already over.

… and the year is almost up.

… and already 40, 50 and 60 years of our lives have passed.

… and we then realise that we have lost our parents and friends. And then we realise that it is too late to go back …

So … Let’s try, however, to take full advantage of the time we have left …

Let’s not stop looking for activities that we like …

Let’s put color in our greyness …

Let’s smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts.

And yet, we must continue to enjoy serenely the time that remains. Let’s try to eliminate the “” …

I do it after …

I say after …

I think about it after …

We leave everything for later as if “after” was ours.

Because what we do not understand is that:

after, the coffee cools …

after, priorities change …

after, the charm is broken …

after, health passes …

after, the children grow up …

after, the parents get older …

after, the promises are forgotten …

after, the day becomes the night …

after, life ends …

And after that it’s often too late ….

So … leave nothing for later …

Because always waiting for later, we can lose the best moments,

the best experiences,

the best friends,

the best

The day is … The moment is now …

We are no longer at the age where we can afford to postpone until tomorrow what needs to be done right away.

So let’s see if you’ll have time to read this message and then share it.

Or maybe you’ll leave it for … “later” …

And you not share it “ever” ….

Even with COVID raging , So many of us need to read this poem and put it in perspective for their lives

This poem is so apropos. Although, I think it applies to anyone over the age of 20. It has relevance and meaning meaning for every occasion. Thank you for sharing it.

This poem is so apropos I would think at any age. It has relevant meaning for every occasion thank you for sharing it.says:

Very beautiful!
Are you the author? It seems to have gone viral in a Dutch version, but with no reference to the original author.
I’d like to put that straight where i can.

I have seen this published without attribution. Is Dean Jones the author of these words of inspiration?

My brother recommended I might like this web site. He was once totally right.

This submit actually made my day. You can not imagine just how a lot
time I had spent for this info! Thanks!
