Giving: An Act Of Worship

women wearing brown dress close up photography

When I was younger at our school play, I was asked to play one of the wise men. Can you imagine how the wise men felt, as they first looked upon our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ? As part of their worship, they wanted to give Him gifts. They gave valuable presents to symbolize the love, honour and appreciation in their hearts.

In the same way, you show your love and appreciation to God with gifts of worship, and you can also show your love and appreciation to others by the gifts you give. As you celebrate Jesus during this holiday season, don’t just focus on the gifts you bring in the natural; focus on gifts of love, kindness and encouragement that come through the super natural.

Today, go out of your way to show honour to others just like the wise men went out of their way to show honour to Jesus. When you walk in love and peace, that is the best gift you can give and remember what you sow, you shall reap…

“On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him gifts…” (Matthew 2:11)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, today I set my mind and heart on You. Father, help me to choose the right gifts this holiday season—gifts of love, kindness and peace that will honour you and bless others. God, have Your way in my heart and let Your goodness shine through me in Christ’s name! Amen.

Are You Hurting?

Sad face sign

If you are hurting this holiday season, remember

Christ is the hope for the broken-hearted. Pain is real. He felt it. Heartbreak is inevitable. He experienced it. Tears come. His did. Betrayal happens. He was betrayed.

He knows. He sees. He understands. He loves deeply, in ways we can’t even fathom. When your heart breaks at Christmas, when the pain comes, when the whole thing seems like more than you can bear, you can look to the manger. You can look to the cross. You can remember the hope that comes with His birth.

The pain won’t leave. But His hope will swaddle you tight. His gentle mercy will hold you until you can breathe again. What you long for this holiday may never be, but He is and is to come. You can trust that, even in your holiday hurts.

Be patient and kind to yourself. Give yourself extra time and space to process your hurt and reach out to others around you if you need extra support.

Find a cause to invest in. There is a saying, “grief is just love with no place to go.” Find a cause that honours the memory of a loved one. Giving time or money to a suitable charity can be helpful, as it gives expression to the love in your heart.

Create new traditions. Hurt changes us. Sometimes it is helpful for us to change our traditions to create a new normal. If you have a holiday tradition that feels unbearable, don’t do it. Instead, consider doing something new… Creating new traditions can help alleviate some of the added sadness old traditions often bring.

Today, you may be overwhelmed, bruised, and broken, but there is still goodness to be welcomed and blessings to be claimed this season, even in pain. There will be holidays in the future when you will feel stronger and lighter, and these very difficult days are part of the road to them, so accept whatever gifts God has for you. You may not fully open them for years, but unwrap them as the Spirit gives you strength, and watch the heaviness and hurt disappear.

“And in the same way the Spirit is a help to our feeble hearts: for we are not able to make prayer to God in the right way; but the Spirit puts our desires into words which are not in our power to say.” (Rom 8:26)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, thank You for Your greatness. Thank You that when I am weak, You are strong. Father, the devil is scheming, and I know he desires to keep me from spending time with You and loved ones this holiday. Don’t let him win! Give me a measure of Your strength so that I might not give into discouragement, deception, and doubt! Help me honour You in all my ways, in Jesus’ Name! Amen.

Your Prince Of Peace

woman closing her eyes against sun light standing near purple petaled flower plant

Based upon the Word of God, the birth of Christ gave us our Prince of Peace. No matter what may be going on around you today, you can still live in peace. Scripture encourages us not to let our hearts be troubled. In other words, don’t meditate on all the negative things in this world to the point that it steals your peace.

The enemy’s goal is to steal your peace. He tries to set you up to get you upset. But, when you choose to receive God’s peace, then no weapon formed against you shall prosper!

Today and during this holiday season, if you have fear, worry or anxiety about anything, recognise that those feelings aren’t from God, because He has promised to give you a spirit of Peace, power, love and a sound mind. There is tremendous power in peace. When you are at peace internally, you can think more clearly. You can hear the voice of God more easily. You’ll make better decisions. Even your physical body responds to peace.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27, NIV)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, thank You for Your gift of peace in my life. Father, I choose to receive Your Son as my Prince of Peace. I carry Your peace in my heart and hold it close to me always. God, I receive Your Word as truth and life to my soul, in Christ’s name! Amen.

Overcome Life’s Problems With Godly Strength And Wisdom

man reading a book

It was Norman Vincent Peale who once said, “One of the great truths in life is that you are bigger than anything that can happen to you—as long as you know it and act accordingly.” Every challenge and crisis that comes your way provides the opportunity for you to ask God to release the creative ingenuity, wisdom and strength that lie within you.

You may ask how you tap into your inner strength:

  1. Pray to God and place your entire situation in his hands. Say, “God, I commit my challenges to you. Show me the way through them. Give me eyes to see your solutions and strength to act on them.” God wants to help you solve your problems—and who could be a better counsellor? “I am the LORD, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?” (Jeremiah 32:27).
  2. Sit down and lay out your entire problem, perhaps on a piece of paper. Sketch out possible solutions and pray over them, asking God to show you which one is right. When you feel you have an idea of how to proceed, move forward resolutely, praying all the time for the power to succeed. Affirm that you can do anything through the strength that Christ gives you (Philippians 4:13).
  3. When doubt creeps in, set your plans firmly aside with a quick prayer: “God, rid me of these fears and give me your strength.” God will answer that prayer, and, step by step, you will find yourself drawing upon an inner power you perhaps never knew you had. In Jeremiah 33:3, God promises, “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”

Today remember you can face your difficulties in the presence of Christ so stay close to Him through His Word and prayer. For He is stronger than all your problems. He is the antidote to discouragement and fear. Draw upon His power. Walk tall and stand up to your situation!

“It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure” (Psalm 18:32).

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, I need to know that you care and that you love me. Father, be my refuge from pain, replace my distress with peace, and be my strength when I feel weak and find it hard to carry on. God, help me not to fear the future but to boldly trust that you are in control when my emotions plunge me down, and when I am in despair. In Jesus’s name, Amen.

Teaching Your Children About Faith

Is Teaching Christian Character in the Home Necessary?

You may ask how I teach my children about faith. The bible gives us a simple way, tell them about your faith and encourage them to tell their children about their faith and so on. This way, a living testimony for truth, is always kept alive in the world. Those that love the Lord are to hand down their witness of the gospel, and the covenant to their heirs. These heirs will pass it along to the next generation.

Our first duty is to our family. A person who does not start his ministry at home is an inadequate witness. Now, all people who do not know Christ are to be sought by all means, and all the highways and hedges are to be searched. But home has a greater priority, and woe to those who reverse the order.

To teach our children should be a personal duty. We cannot delegate it to teachers, or other friendly aids. These can assist us but cannot deliver us from the sacred obligation. Any substitutes are evil and insufficient. Mothers and fathers must, like Abraham, command their households in the fear of God, and talk with their offspring concerning the wondrous works of the Most High. Parental teaching is a natural duty. Who are more fit to look after a child’s well-being as those who are the authors of life?

Today I believe to neglect the instruction of our children is worse than wicked. Education in the faith is necessary for the world, for the family itself, and for the church of God. In a thousand ways insidious false teaching is covertly advancing in the world, and one of the most effective means for resisting it is almost always neglected, namely, the instruction of children in the faith.

“Tell it to your children, and let your children tell it to their children, and their children to the next generation.” Joel 1:3

Let’s Pray

Yahweh I pray that parents would awaken to the importance of educating their children in faith. God help us to talk about Jesus with our sons and daughters, so that they can be saved. My we never stop praying and instructing them in ways of God and may every house where this devotion is read honour the Lord in Christ’s name Amen.

Faith In The Faithful

a close up shot of a woman holding a rosary while praying

Our God is a promise-keeping God. Does this matter? Does God’s integrity make a difference? Does his faithfulness come into play?

Others may make a promise and forget it. But if God makes a promise, He never forgets it.

The Book of Hebrews says, “God has given both his promise and his oath” (6:18). The scripture goes on to say, “He who promised is faithful” (Hebrews 10:23). Hallelujah!

Today, we may ask the question ‘does it matter that God is a God of integrity? Does he keep his promises?’ – when your child is on life support, it does. When you are pacing the ER floor, it does. When you are wondering what to do with your worst trial, you must choose faith or fear. You must choose between God’s purpose, random history, a human opinion, or a God who knows and cares, a God who isn’t there in the flesh but loves you.

Today, we all have a choice. Choose to trust God’s promises. Choose to believe that God is up to something good, even though all you see looks bad. Choose to believe, because God is faithful!

He who promised is faithful” (Hebrews 10:23).

Let’s pray

Yahweh, as waves of fear come right now, i pray no harm would overtake me, that no disaster would come near me. Father, I pray that your angels would guard me in all my ways and you would stir up in me a heart that desires to trust your promises and run to you. God, I pray for unwavering trust in all your promises to be a refuge. Thank you for your unfailing love, grace, and mercy over my life. Calm my fears and bring your peace to my heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Fighting Faith

Faith-based Methods For Overcoming Stress

Several years ago, my family and I went through a difficult season. I lost my job; it was an unforeseen and challenging time in our family and in our relationship with God. Although we put our trust in Him, we definitely lived moments where our hope seemed weak and our faith, small.

The scripture shares a unique story of faith. Large numbers of people were gathered after hearing that Jesus had come home. There were so many people crowded around Jesus that there was no room left in the house, including outside the door of the place! But that didn’t stop four friends of a paralyzed man from having their friend see Jesus. Since they couldn’t get to Jesus through the front door, they made a hole in the roof and lowered the man into the house so he could be healed.

Faith is radical

Mark 2:5 says the paralyzed man had four friends full of faith, willing to risk looking like fools. Yet, “when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, ‘Son, your sins are forgiven.”

We don’t know how long this man had been paralyzed. We know nothing about his own personal struggle for faith in God’s goodness and healing for himself. But what we do know is that he had people who loved him and came alongside him who were full of assurance in who God is and what God intended.

“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 (ESV)

Today, we may need others to stand strong in faith with us. When I lost my job, others came alongside me in faith, full of hope in an awesome God, and trusted that He would end up making something beautiful out of a difficult situation. And praise God He did! God provided me with a better job than I could have ever asked for!

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, I thank You so much that I can trust You and put my hope in You. Father, You are a good God, always compassionate and loving to Your people. God help me grow in my faith in You. Mould me and make me into the person You want me to be. In Jesus name Amen.

I Feel Unworthy

A few years ago, I accepted the challenge to assist the Mayor of London and other community leaders in fighting gun and knife crime. I started feeling overwhelmed and inadequate. Do you ever feel inadequate for what you are called to do? You’re not the first one to feel that way! So often, when we think of Moses, we remember him as the great spiritual giant who led the Israelites out of captivity. But did you know that Moses doubted himself too? He didn’t feel equipped.

In fact, he had a speech problem that made him self-conscious! God simply said to him, “What do you have in your hand?” God showed Moses that it didn’t matter what he thought he needed. The God of the universe can take what you have and turn it into whatever it needs to be, in order for you to accomplish what He has called you to do. Hallelujah!!!

Today, what do you have in your hand? It may not seem like much, but God wants to use it. He wants to take you to places beyond your wildest dreams. He wants to live out His purpose and pour out His blessings and favour on your life. So go forward and take your opportunity, don’t forget – you miss 100% of the opportunities you never take…

“Then the LORD said to him, ‘What is that in your hand?’…” (Exodus 4:2).

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, today I release to You all that I am and all that I have. Father, at times I feel overwhelmed and inadequate by the assignments You give me. I beg You to give me confidence, faith and the ability to do what You’ve called me to do. Please remove fear, any negative emotions or people, so that Your will can be done. God, I invite You to flood every part of my being with Your Spirit and use me for Your glory. I Thank You by faith, for using what You’ve given me in my hand today, in Jesus’ name! Amen.

Without Compromise? ?

grayscale photo of man in black v neck shirt with black background

Like me, you may be wondering, in a world with conflicting ideals, the onslaught of mainstream media’s indoctrination, the toxicity of immoral societal influences, and the deterioration of sound moral discernment – how do I sustain my spiritual integrity by unapologetically and confidently living out my faith? Are you concerned about those influences on your mind? Perhaps, confusion runs rampant, like an inconvenient wildfire consuming every consideration, creed, and comfort.

In scripture, Paul, aware of alluring cultural influences, provides us with sound timely counsel. He emphatically warns Christians not to emulate cultural norms or be enticed by worldly ways when they conflict with God’s will. Instead, Paul counsels us to counter the enticing values and influences by renewing our minds. He assures us that when we renew our minds, we will discern the difference between the world’s will and God’s will and respond accordingly, without remorse or compromise.

Today, as Christians living in a fallen and confused world, we cannot allow the world’s standards to influence how we live life. God desires to align our values and actions through his Word. When we allow God to renew our minds through the continuing influence of his Word, we inherently counter our cultural confusion and oppression by boldly and confidently discerning God’s way from the world’s way. Renewing our minds allows God to impress his Word and his will on our conscience. Our minds influence the actions of our hearts and reflect and accomplish His good work. Compromise should not be an option for Christians.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will”  Romans 12:2

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, thank you that I am your redeemed child. Father, protect my heart and mind from the relentless seduction of the world. God, create in me an insatiable hunger for your Word. May your Holy Spirit teach and lead me into all truth so that I may reflect and accomplish your perfect will, without compromise. In Christ’s name, Amen.

If You Compromise, You Will Lose

silhouette photo of person near body of water

Everyone is on a pilgrimage with God, and we don’t want to miss the lessons of the journey. While on the journey remember.

God means what He says.

God is serious with us in the matter of complete obedience.  Ninety-eight per cent conformity to his will and his ways is not obedience. We want to say, “Cut us some slack, God,” but it costs not to obey Him. Don’t forget Lot’s wife and King Saul. If we compromise and treat God’s word lightly, we lose.

Weakness will break strongholds Not Strength

God wants us to lead from weakness, not strength. God loves us too much to let us succeed in our own strength.  Someone once said, “We have embezzled his strength, and he calls an audit.” Remember His name is I AM. Without Him, we can do nothing, we are zero.

Live By Grace

I try to live by grace, but unless God does a work of grace in me, I can’t.

I try to speak grace words, which are words of life, and only God is sufficient for me. I fully embrace His love, but my life is only snapshots of His grace.

God has been merciful up till now, but He may no longer cover us concerning what we are not ignorant of. Presumption will result in disaster. God is doing a new thing which will lead to more freedom and at the same time require greater accountability to Him. He has new directions for us and deeper levels for us with Him if we have ears to hear and eyes to see Him and respond to Him. He wants new wineskins for an outpouring of His Spirit in this generation.

I must not listen to seducing voices.

Today seducing voices will suggest we take the road of compromise or take matters into our own hands by our own power or follow the dramatic or sensational. We must give no ground to comfort, deception, or denial. This will require a very fine-tuned antenna, homed in on God’s voice alone. Stand still with God in your “Bethel,” a place of meeting with Him personally. Let Him open His heart to you personally, between you and Him.

Prayerfully reflect on your life in Christ. What is He saying to you? Let Him review the traces of His hand in your life. Ask Him to speak to you intimately and powerfully in a key you can hear and understand.

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, I want to live purely before You without compromising with the world. Father, I lift my hands to you I don’t want to live with one foot in the church and another foot in the world. God, please bind and rebuke any compromise that may be in my life right now in Jesus’s Name!

Compromise: The Yoke Builder

silhouette photo of person near body of water

I never had a fight until I gave my heart to God. Since then, the enemy has tried to fight with me – to stop me, with a yoke of bondage, a yoke of depression, a yoke of low self-esteem, a yoke of addiction, a yoke of compromise. He tried to burden me down so that everything is a struggle. I was working hard, but I couldn’t get ahead because yokes were controlling me.

Maybe you’ve been living with a yoke your whole life. It’s been passed down to you from family. Maybe you don’t realize it. You can’t seem to get ahead.  Struggles in your marriage, Your children won’t do what’s right, you have Low self-esteem, and you are lonely and depressed. But God said to the Israelites, “I have seen the affliction of My people, and I am coming down to deliver them.” Hallelujah!

Remember, God sees every yoke, every unfair situation, and everything that you are struggling with. He doesn’t just sit back and say, “Well, too bad.” No, He says, “I’m coming down to do something about your situation.” You don’t have to worry. The yoke destroyer is on the way. God is saying, “I’m coming down to put an end to that struggle. I’m shifting things in your favour. I’m delivering you from addictions. I’m removing the burden and setting you free to walk into the fullness of your destiny.” Receive it today in Jesus’s name!

“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” (Exodus 14:14, NIV)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, thank You for fighting my battles daily.  Father, thank you for being my yoke destroyer today and always. God, I accept Your deliverance from all my enemies and negative situations. From now on I will acknowledge Your goodness and praise You for Your faithfulness to me in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Compromise Does Not Pay ?

young annoyed female freelancer using laptop at home

Abraham became a father, as God promised, but the pause between God’s promise and its fulfilment, spanned decades, causing Abraham to question the accuracy of God’s prediction. Like us, Abraham sought to reshape God’s promise into an idol he could touch, see, and understand. “Compromise was his answer,” he said. “I will sleep with the maidservant for this is what God meant no matter what His word says.”

Abraham forgot this simple formula, God’s plan + God’s timing + Godly trust = Godly fruit. When this equation is broken, that’s when we stumble and fall.  If we do stumble, fall or fail like Abraham, it doesn’t mean it’s all over. Get up and get back to the formula, remembering always that God keeps His promises. The question that must be answered is: “Can I trust God enough to see me through to the other side even when I can’t see the edge or the end?”, and that is the question that haunts us even today as we face life’s challenges.

Today, we fear falling, failure and defeat in all their finality. We reach for the dream and recoil when our fingers find nothing but emptiness. We wonder if there is hope for us, covered in a desert mess. The problem with Christians is, too many of us are afraid of failure. God rarely makes our fear disappear – instead, He asks us to be strong and take courage. Claim the plans God has planted in your heart. Hold God’s hand and give birth to your dream. You won’t find the edge if you don’t lean and reach for it. So lean on Him and look across the wasteland, your promise is still there.

But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage. I am here!” – Matthew 14:27 (NLT)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, have mercy on me. Many times, I have stumbled and fallen. From time to time, I am stuck in life’s wilderness, afraid and discouraged and ready to compromise.  Today I ask You to help me not make my fear despair. God, I thank You for not making my failure the final act in my life. Father, I embrace Your abundant life and I answer the hard question, “can I trust you when things get tuff ?” and I will answer “yes I can and I will” in Jesus’s name. Amen.

Blessings For Everyone

a man praying with a woman

God has a blessing for everyone that will cause us to rise from lack into abundance! It will take you from barely getting by, to more than enough. God’s blessing brings supernatural increase and peace of mind. We were never created to drag through life constantly struggling. God has commanded blessings when we come into agreement with His Word, in our minds and actions.

In Deuteronomy 28, Scripture tells us that if we will live a life of honour and obedience, then blessings will overtake us. It says that we will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country. God will open up to you His good treasury and cause you to lend and not borrow. He will make you plenteous in goods and give you a surplus in all areas of your life.

Today, let this thought sink deep down into your spirit: the Creator of the universe has commanded blessings just for you. Receive it today and choose to follow Him in everything you do!

“If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all His commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God.” (Deuteronomy 28:1–2, NIV)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, thank You for all Your blessings. Father, I receive Your truth which sets me free. God, help me, by Your Spirit, to follow Your commands, so that I may live a life that brings You honour, in Christ’s Name! Amen.

Your Abba Father

man carrying baby drawing their foreheads

God rejoices as your Abba Father. You are His child on the authority of His Word. He ordained you and brought you forth. “You brought me out of the womb; you made me trust in you even at my mother’s breast.” And “From birth I have relied on you…I will ever praise you.”

The Father wants to cleanse your deep wounds that you received from words and actions in your family. Receive the ministry of Jehovah-Rapha, the healing covenant name of your eternal God, as He works in the core of your being. Receive His healing, blessing, and deep release. The Spirit of your Father lives in you to heal and make you whole.

The Father of all mercy is ready to bring new life. Receive His cleansing from all hurtful memories, feelings, and emotions. Jesus died to set you free. Release all pain to Him. God promised in His word that He would wash you and make you whiter than snow.

Today, be blessed as God fills the hole in your heart, those empty spaces, that bottomless pit that craves nearness, affirmation, connection, and significance – and yet fears it is unable to receive it, and runs away from it. Be at peace and receive healing from wounds caused by lack. Receive cleansing from attachment wounds, as Father-God binds you to Himself with cords that cannot be broken. God fed His Son with His words of approval that nourished Him emotionally. Be blessed to rest secure and safe in His love.

“A voice came from heaven: ‘You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased‘” (Mark 1:11).

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, thank you for my life, please heal my heart and fill me with joy. You know I lost my joy because of the things that happened, but I have forgiven those that hurt me. Now, Father, I need You to restore my heart. God, restore unto me the joy of my salvation, and uphold me with Your generous Spirit. Please put the bounce back in my step, and the smile back on my face. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Many Blessings

family bonding during quarantine

On the radio playlist the other day, the song ‘Count Your Blessings, Name Them One by One’ was included. I hadn’t heard this song for a very long time, and it gave me a chance to really appreciate the lyrics. They say :

Are you ever burdened with a load of care?

Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear?

Count your many blessings, ev’ry doubt will fly,

And you will be singing as the days go by.

It reminds us to take the time to think about what God has done and is doing for us. We often focus on the horrid things – evil, sickness, hurricanes, floods, devastation, and famine. But, it is essential to take time every day to verbalize or write all you are thankful for. You may want to use this outline – doing so will revitalize your soul.

Thank Him

Psalm 100:4 tells us,

“Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.”

•    Thank Him for His patience and forgiveness.

•    Thank Him for the privilege of coming into His presence.

•    Thank Him for what He has done in and through your life in the last year.

List What He Has Done

Take time to list what God has done for you. Be specific. Think through every area of your life. Become Still Before the Lord.

Praise Him for who God is. (Psalm 103)

Praise Him for His attributes. (Psalm 145)

Rejoice in your fellowship with Him. (Proverbs 15:8)

Praise and pray scripture back to God. (Psalms 146-150)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, I thank You for the beauty of this season. Father, I thank You for health and strength. I thank You for people to love and people who love me. I love You God and thank You for loving me first. In Jesus’s name, Amen.

Don’t Waste Today?

space gray aluminum case white sport band strap apple watch

On Monday afternoon, while at school,  I received the news of an earthquake in Indonesia. The reports were that 160 had died and hundreds were injured. People were sitting enjoying their day, setting goals for the future, and living unrepentant lives. And in a moment-their lives came to an end. Our days can be so full and busy that we forget how fragile life really is. It can be easy to allow little things to creep in and steal our peace and joy.

Things may not go your way, someone may say something that upsets you, and traffic can cause you to lose focus. You must remember that each day is a gift. If you choose to focus on what’s wrong, you’ll miss the beauty that each day has to offer. I encourage you to not let the precious moments of life pass you by. Don’t wait for Christmas and birthdays to show people that you care. Remember, each day is unique and irreplaceable.

Today, you have been given time that can be invested or wasted, hours that can be used or misused. That’s why the psalmist prayed to God, “teach us to number our days.” He was saying, “teach us to value every moment that we’ve been given.” As you keep a proper perspective daily, you’ll gain a heart of wisdom, and experience the full blessings that God has for you each and every day of your life!

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” (Psalm 90:12, NIV)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, thank You for the gift of life. Father, I promise to focus on the blessings of each moment instead of allowing the little things to steal my joy. Lord, help me to make the most of each day and not let them waste away. God, please keep me close to You always as I submit every area of my heart and mind to You, in Christ’s Name! Amen.

As seen on
