I Will

As you plan for the future, watch your words! Your words have the power to make or break your future. With your words, you can either bless your future or curse your future. If you want to know what your life is going to be like five years from now, just listen to what you’re saying about yourself today. Too many people go around saying, “I’ll never get well”, “I’ll never get out of debt”, “I’ll never have a good marriage.” Then you wonder why you don’t see things turn around. It’s because you’re calling defeat into your future, you’re calling in mediocrity. Don’t let that be you!

Today, no matter how you feel, or what things look like, instead of using your words to describe your situation, use your words to change your situation. Make a declaration of faith by saying, “This is going to be a great day”, “I have God’s favour”, “He’s directing my steps.” When you do that, you are choosing to bless your future. You are calling in Godly favour, increase and opportunity. You are opening the door for God to move now and in your future, giving you the abundant life He has in store for you!

Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. (James 3:10)

Let’s Pray

Yahweh, thank You for the blessings You have prepared for me now and in my future. Give me the spiritual strength to change my “I will never” for “I will.” God, I submit my ways and my words to You. Help me to speak what You speak, and keep close to You. I give You the glory for a bright and abundant future, in Jesus’ name! Amen.

  1. In 2019 my mattress was getting limp and lumpy and had to be replaced. My only income was Old Age Security of $1,777/month to pay for everything, including all car expenses. It took a while to save enough to buy a good mattress.

In my Personal Faith, I got the unmistakable impulse/message Jesus wanted me to take that money and buy as many T-Shirts as I could with the money and just give them away for free. I put the money down for 165 shirts with this written

    NO JESUS NO PEACE

    KNOW JESUS KNOW PEACE

The money was gone and I had to start saving all over again.

The very next Day my neighbour across the street was moving to another City in his new retirement home. He didn’t know I was in the Market for a mattress.

He unexpectedly knocked on my door asking, “Could you use a mattress?”

He gave me a nearly new high end Kingsdown mattress.

I thanked him, and in my heart thanked God!

I paid $5 ea. tax included in 2019. Because I wear it whenever I go out in Public as my silent witness, I had to buy 5 shirts at $20 ea. last year.

Anyone walking toward gets the idea in a second. It’s only the strangers passing me by saying “I like your shirt’ that get to hear the mini-miracle how it came about. The testimony doesn’t change from what I posted above, but everyone is glad to hear the testimony and their Faith is edified.

  2. Years ago, I wrote down several things that I really needed. They weren’t frivolous things. They seemed impossible at the time, but I wrote them down anywayI I talked to the Lord about it and asked Him to fulfill those things. I kind of forgot about it, but one day I found the list, and God made them all come to pass. Thank God! If it’s God’s will, it will happen!
