As Thanksgiving is quickly approaching, I’ve been reminded of the importance of being present to those around. Available. Listening. Being slow to respond.

You have a very good article there concerning the Corinthians. He wrote this letter because they had hard hearts and did not believe in the resurrection of Christ. He was writing to the gentiles that spoke like they walked with Christ. It was their inward heart that betrayed them. They indulge in their own vices and ignored the plight of the oppression by the Romans. The poor were plentiful during that time in the 1st century. The widow, orphan and the downtrodden. He was trying to bring them back to Christ who rose from the dead years early. Very good article . Say your prayers for knowledge and wisdom.
