    • Mans ability to use reason and logic is a gift from God. Gen 1:26 (KJV)

      The bible (KJV) teaches that if you deny Jesus then Jesus will deny you.
      9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
      10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
      11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. 2 John 1:9-11 (KJV)
      For God to choose someone because of bloodline, race, or nationality, is bias and prejudice. Those that are sincere in their want for peace and truth are drawn to God because that is what God is, peace IN truth,
      8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. …10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. James 4:8-10 (KJV)
      28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
      29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
      Romans 2:28-29 (KJV)
      and the same can be said for the Christian. [For he is not a Christian, which is one outwardly;…]
      Being a Jew was a choice not a birthright.
      15 And ye shall leave your name (i.e. Jew) for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, AND CALL HIS SERVANTS BY ANOTHER NAME: (i.e. Christian(the remnant of the true believing Jews)) Isaiah 65:15 (KJV)
      7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
      8 …
      9 But now, after that ye have known God, OR RATHER ARE KNOWN OF GOD, … Gal 4:7-9 (KJV)
      9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS. Romans 8:9 (KJV)
      15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Romans 8:15 (KJV)
      God adopts those who choose him, hence they are called the adoption (the lukewarm).

      And then you have these;
      29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
      30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. Romans 8:29-30 (KJV)
      These that are born with the Holy Ghost:
      5 For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: Judges 13:5 (KJV)
      10 I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother’s belly.
      Psalms 22:10 (KJV)
      1 Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name.
      2 And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me; Isaiah 49:1-2 (KJV)
      5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jer 1:5 (KJV)
      15 For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.
      Luke 1:15 (KJV)
      15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace, Gal 1:15 (KJV)
      These are the elect, the prophets, (the hot);
      2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: … 1 Peter 1:2 (KJV)
      They are the 144k, the shepherds of the adoption;
      4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
      5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, …
      Eph 1:4-5 (KJV)
      The reason for this verse;
      2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels (messengers) unawares. Heb 13:2 (KJV)

      And then you have the cold:
      The liar, thief, murderer, and hypocrite.

      Jerusalem is a spiritual city.
      26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all. Gal 4:26 (KJV)
      24 An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: IN ALL PLACES WHERE I RECORD MY NAME I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee. Ex 20:24 (KJV)

      Through providence God raises a nation to draw his adopted to,
      1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
      2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
      Rev 12:1-2 (KJV)
      The sun representing the nation of power for the day, the woman representing the adopted (lukewarm), and the child representing a major prophet (elect, hot).
      3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
      4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. Jer 23:3-4 (KJV).
      43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. Matt 21:43 (KJV)
      Exactly the same way he drew his adopted to this nation (U.S.A.) “One nation under God”.
      “Give me your tired, your poor,
      Your huddled masses, yearning to breathe free,
      The wretched refuse of your teeming shore,
      Send these, the homeless, tempest tost to me,
      I lift my lamp beside the golden door.”
      But alas the nation always goes the way of the world and becomes a beast. Seven times God has raised a nation of great power, (represented by the sun) to lead the world to heaven on earth or to desolation. Seven times he has brought it down to the pit (hell), today being the eighth and last time.
      10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
      11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. Rev 17:10-11 (KJV)
      We (U.S.A.) are the ones who brought down fire from heaven in Aug. of 1945 and we are the ones that gave life to the image of the beast in May of 1948.
      13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
      14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
      15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. Rev 13:13-15 (KJV)

      But know this, if the truth were being told then the prophecy,
      14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matt 24:14 (KJV)
      would have happened a years ago.
      But when the true gospel is preached in all nations then all will know the TRUE reason for the “Great Tribulation” which is for all on this earth except the elect (the “hot”) which are caught up to the third heaven (where God dwells) in a twinkling at the last trump, the beginning of the Great Tribulation.
      The hypocritical and unbelieving (the “cold”) for vengeance and wrath unto the second death (the lake of fire, our nearest star). The sincere and believing (the adoption “the lukewarm”) for chastisement unto ever lasting life, that will be spewed out to a new earth (the waters above Gen. 1:6-8) after 3 ½ years of chastisement.
      29 For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should ye be utterly unpunished? Ye shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith the LORD of hosts. Jer 25:29 (KJV)
      15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
      16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. …
      19 As many as I love, I rebuke and CHASTEN: be zealous therefore, and repent.
      Rev 3:15-19 (KJV)

      So at the final trumpet there is this;
      nuclear war, or wwIII
      21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great. Rev 16:21 (KJV)
      Then the U.S.A. (satan, a power and principality) being the only one with relatively any power left will know that they have “but a short time” and will come after the woman, (the adoption) the true children (church) of God.

      Don’t take my word for it, or anybodies for that matter. Come to the bible with sincere want for truth, and not to consume it upon your lusts, but that you may do true worship and obedience to God, with a repentant heart, and with reason and logic the spirit of God will teach.11 … in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. Acts 17:11 (KJV)

      May God have mercy on his children. Amen

      Figs represent Life the family, grapes are the children. Olives represents life for the family. Life fails when families leave the fields like cattle when they follow the voice of man. Your barns will become barren over time.
      Habakkuk had no college education he was a common man. Yet he heard the voice of the One that created him.
      You use your talents to destroy life; hopeless, falling apart, and destruction. Your serve the body of man you stand between heaven and earth. The One of Creation who created male and female from hearing the voice of the One that created them. You prevent them with words of darkness.

  • God is still in the blessing business. He longs to show you His goodness and provision. He promises to do His part, but you have to do your part too. You have to be diligent. First of all, be diligent in seeking […]

    • Faithful, not diligent. This article reads into the biblical text. Besides the text never says God rewards. That would be works salvation. We should never be seeking rewards but God himself.

      • Talents is an idiomatic expression , literally it is talking about a roman talent worth about 116 dollars made of silver. Since the three men worked for someone they would not have had that much money at any given time. They were poor men. Talents is a figurative expression for Knowledge and Wisdom. King Solomon knew this at the end of the day. 5 talents is a measure of weight, Knowledge and Wisdom the age of a man, two talents, Knowledge and Wisdom refers to a younger man, the man who hid his talent, Knowledge and Wisdom refers to a younger man who denies his creation The older man gained 5 converts the younger man gained two converts and the other man denied himself and his Creation. In the end the Church wants your money not your Knowledge and Wisdom just ask King Solomon about these things if you do not believe me.

        • Ronald, you did not reply to my posts. I was not addressing the wage but the interpretation of what Jesus taught. Besides, you engage in allegory when allegory was never intended. Jesus taught this in a parable. In this parable, Jesus drew His own application – faithfulness (Matt 25:14-30). He used the this narrative to illustrate the faithfulness to Him until He returns. That faithfulness arose in response to what the Lord gives each person and the corresponding faith in return. The Lord “entrusted” a work to each of the three men (25:14). Two of the men showed their faithfulness to the Lord by investing what He gave them. One of the servants was not faithful. That is, he failed to commit himself to the Lord out of fear rather than expressing faith. The words faith and faithfulness appear numerous times throughout the passage, indicating its importance to the author.

          You allegorize what Jesus says by connecting the talents to knowledge and wisdom when Jesus nowhere discusses either. You read into the passage what is not there and thereby ignore the author’s intent. For these reasons, your interpretation is incorrect, because you fail to read what the author (Matthew) is sharing. You cannot read your own meaning into the text of Scripture. If you do, you destroy its meaning.

          • Floyd perhaps you do not know idiomatic expressions . Talents is a literal translation but Pastor forgot to tell you the rest of the the story.
            1 Kings 4 : 29 Leningrad Codex Aramaic Translation…..and·he-is-giving Elohim<> wisdom to Solomon and understanding to be much exceedingly and width of heart as sand as on the shore of the sea…….King James29 And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea-shore.
            Perhaps you need study more instead of assuming it is talking about faithfulness.
            Perhaps you should have your talents in place, wisdom and understanding before you tell someone they are misinterpreting anything. You god wants money(talents).

    • I will be honest—if you’ve given your heart over to something many times over, you’ve given it a good stronghold, and if it is also tangled up in issues of wounds and sin, it’s going to take some time to untangle and heal this, but it is worth the work. Don’t just bury it. It’s worth going into those dark places and those murky waters and working through it. The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us of everything. Everything.

    • This article wrongly assumes two classes of Christians. Whether the author is aware of this source or not, it derives from the crisis theology passed down from Wesleyan entire sanctification and AB Simpson’s spirit perfectionism. It has no basis in Scripture. It assumes justification by faith and sanctification by works. This is anti-biblical.
