Spiritual Growth Equals Daily Watering

Then He said to them, ‘Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given.

How’s your faith? Do you want to have more faith? Did you know faith can grow and increase? Notice the Bible doesn’t say, “faith comes by having heard the one time.” It says that faith comes by hearing – present tense. We have to hear the Word of God over and over again in order for it to take root in our hearts and transform our minds. God’s Word can transform us in an instant, but most of the time, our faith grows as we hear the Word of God again and again.

Like a seed needs water daily to grow, your spiritual seed needs the water of God’s Word daily. The more you hear God’s Word, the more you know Him. The more you know Him, the more you be able to believe Him–and that’s what faith is!

Today, let your daily focus be God’s Word. Choose a few Scriptures to listen to and meditate on? Write them down and carry them with you. Let that truth sink down into your mind and heart. Let the truth of the Word transform your faith, and belief in a God that can move you forward into the abundant life God has prepared for you!

“Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.”

(Romans 10:17, NKJV)?

Pray With Me
Yahweh, thank You for Your Word that is living and active. I pray that it take root and grow in my life. Father, I submit myself to You and ask You to teach me Your ways. Give me the appetite to daily bask in Your promises in order to build my faith in You. God, give me a deeper insight into Your Word, so I will become more faithful to You and know You personally, in Jesus’ Name! Amen.

Amen!
As our faith grows, we’ll begin to see that the only limits to God’s love are those we impose by refusing to get out of His way.
God is bigger than any problem we may have.
Thanks for the insight!

Then you say the Lord’s prayer and it does not end in the name of Jesus. Your praying to a man making him a god. Sort of what you preach about yourself.
